Consulting
Identifying pain points only gets us halfway there. There is a lot that hiring managers overlook when seeking admin support or setting expectations for the assistance they currently have. Finding a solution to those areas of opportunity and creating comprehensive ways forward is the incredibly fulfilling part.
1:1 and Group Training
Anyone can learn systems, tools, and platforms but I cannot train someone to care. I cannot train someone to show up for their client. Highlighting and learning about the intangibles of the administrative industry is the first step in being a booked-out assistant and that’s my goal.
Speaking
Exceptional admin support is often overlooked as a big reason why companies and entrepreneurs flourish. I want to shed light on the importance of reliable assistance to both hiring managers and anyone in an administrative or support role. My job is to create understanding on ways to improve manager/assistant relationships from first-hand experience.
